Surface Root Removal in Niagara, ON
Surface roots running across a lawn can wreck a mower and create a tripping hazard. Grind Tech cleans up those roots to give you back a usable yard. Tim Van Pykeren operates the business from Niagara.
What we do
- Clean up surface roots that run across your lawn and get in the way of mowing.
- Use a compact access machine for tight spots, with a heavy-duty setup available for oversized stump jobs.
- Leave the work area tidy. Chips are left on site for mulch unless clean-up and haul-away is added to the quote.
Removing roots running across the lawn helps reclaim your yard and takes away a tripping hazard for kids and guests. Grinding down mower-killing surface roots makes the space usable again. Stump work can also boost curb appeal and return the spot to lawn or garden.

We Show Up & Grind
Stumps are ground below grade and the work area left tidy. Clean-up and haul-away is an optional add-on.
Tell us your address and note access to the work area. Gate width, slope, fences, soft lawn, sprinklers and buried utilities are all useful details. If stump grinding is also needed, measure the diameter at ground level across the widest point, including the flare, and send rough sizes with your request.
